Now we will talk about health. Health is truly to me the key of success, because if you are healthy, then you have an opportunity to appreciate and enjoy the abilities that you do have. And attitude should be significant to health, because if you are healthy, there is no reason you shouldn’t have a good attitude and if you don’t, then you’re really not healthy. Because we are talking not only about physical health, but we’re talking about mental health here. And mental health is, by the way, really what we think we are; we are what we think, and we either want it, have it or don’t have it. And if we don’t have it, we need to have it.
Now, I am going to talk a little bit about the physical health part, and I’m going to talk to you about a person by the name of Mike Geary. Now, Mike Geary has a newsletter he will send out to you free and we do have a link on here where you can fill it out, but he doesn’t just talk about health and that, he talks about health overall, he talks about exercising, he talks about how to be lean, the lean body secrets, designed from, you know, what have you. Mike talks about the tricks of the trade and one of the tricks is that you don’t have to starve yourself, you can do it properly, eat what you want, primarily, it’s again trying to work with your plan, and trying to increase your metabolism. There are so many things that he has that will be of interest. I strongly recommend that you go ahead and sign up and get his newsletter. Primarily, what I think about exercising is I think it makes you feel a lot better. What I primarily do, the three things I do are walking, swimming, riding my bike, and I attempt to do it on a relatively consistent basis. The more I do it, the better I do it, the more my metabolism gets going, the better I feel and that’s kind of what it’s all about. You know walking is really a good, good exercise, I think it has a lot of value to it as far as exercising, working on what I think Mike Geary would say the lower, slower exercise form like a half hour of walking a day. One of the ways I walk is I like to let my dog exercise so when I take her to the park, I do a lot of walking. Right now we are in the park and she’s running, enjoying herself. There are various other ways of walking. I know a fellow whose name is Don, and he does a couple of miles a day; he does it in an indoor mall. He does a couple times up and down the mall, and boy, this guy doesn’t have an ounce of fat on him; he stays in great condition.
